Vanguard 2 Skins (work in progress)
At the end of November 2022, the release of Vanguard 2 certainly came as a surprise to many of us. Many of the younger music producers certainly did not know this VST synthesizer. but for oldtimers, it was usually one of the first VST synthesizers they came into contact with. Somewhere basically the forefather of many (especially EDM-related) synthesizers as we know them today. Which has awakened some nostalgic feelings in many, as well as in me. Not only because it was one of my first VST synthesizers, but also one of the ones I used to design presets for the first time.
Even if for you the new version of the Vanguard may not be able to keep up with today’s power-houses ala Pigments, Serum, and Hive (feature-wise) – Vanguard 2 has its own sonic charm. And due to its older DNA, so to speak, also very CPU-friendly. In addition, the new UI system also offers new possibilities for your own skins.

So, well, I started designing my own Vanguard 2 skins. Below you will find the current overview of ready-designed skins. Maybe these skins will be available directly via the Vanguard 2 Factory content soon, if not then maybe here for a few bucks. The Vanguard 2 skins will of course be designed directly for the up to 200% scaling view – just click on the preview images below to open the preview in 100% scale via lightbox.
