Help Desk: How to apply discount codes
This short article displays, how you can apply discount codes on products in the shopping basket, so can save during special deals and promos, or if you receive a special discount code.

As a first step, simply click on the “Shopping Cart” icon in the menu, or add a product to the shopping cart, which will automatically take you to the shopping basket.
There, under the overview of all products in the shopping cart, there is a field for entering discount codes.Â

Enter the voucher/discount code in the field, and then click on “Apply Coupon”. Please make sure, the discount code you received is still valid, and you entered it correctly.Â

Once you have clicked “Apply Coupon” the discount (depending on what it contains as a reduction and for which product it was intended), the reduction of the price will be displayed in the subtotal. Now you just need to finish the checkout.Â
! Please keep in mind, that some discount codes will maybe have a limitation, like “valid until” or “only for product x”. If your discount code should be valid, but doesn`t work somehow, please use the contact form and send me a message with all the details and I will try to resolve the issue asap.Â
In most cases our products (e.g. soundsets and presets packs) contain a detailed installation guide, if the presets based on the synthesizer, need to be placed in specific folders and of course, which version of the particular synthesizer is required to use the soundset files. Otherwise, the developer`s synthesizer manual always shows how its preset handling works and can be used.
