Sean Tyas – seantyasmusic.com
About Thrillogy-1 Virus TI soundset
“I’ve gotten to go through the Thrillogy Bank from CFA and I’m really impressed with these sounds, which straight away are useable and desireable, especially for melodic synth based styles like Progressive and Trance, though I think if I removed the reverb from some of the patches, they would find very comfortable homes amidst Electro & Psy as well.. A very well rounded bank and definitely highly recommended!!”
In the UK and Ireland Sean Tyas has built up a solid fan base at major events such as Godskitchen, Gatecrasher, Ministry Of Sound, The Gallery and Inside Out, while elsewhere in Europe he’s also made his mark on many famous stages, ranging from the Trance Energy, Dance Valley and Mystery Land festivals in Holland, the Monday Bar cruises in Sweden, Judgement Sundays at Eden in Ibiza, east European shows at the Gaudi Arena in Moscow and Beach Party in Poland. A*S*Y*S* – myspace.com/asys
About Synergy Vol.1 Sylenth1 soundset
“One of my favorite virtual synths is the Sylenth 1 from Lennard Digital. Amongst a lot of different soundbanks I truely prefer the “Synergy Vol. 1 Soundset”. Not only that you can choose from a broad range of styles – the sounds use the whole power the Sylenth 1 is able to supply. Stabs & basslines are punchy and crisp, pads are smooth and spread a nice, warm and mystic atmosphere. The sounds are also ideal if you like to use them as a basis and give them own charakter.”
A*S*Y*S* aka Frank Ellrich has been an icon of the hard edged music scene, however it is his ability to evolve and remain at the very cutting edge that has seen him rise above many of his contemporaries – Frank is unquestionably hard dance royalty. Although cutting his teeth alongside Kai Tracid as part of the Tracid Traxxx mafia, Frank has spread his wings aligning himself with the Straight On Black crew from Holland. Across his countless productions, Frank has assumed a war chest full of guises including Plasmatics, Riddler & Headcrusher, Naiche & Steve K, X-frame plus of course the hugely successful Future Tribes. Since late 2007, a next major step was made by with establishing a new label called “Fe Records”. Mainly as a new platform for A*S*Y*S productions, the label claims to give the harder genres new & fresh impulses!
Alive&Silent – aliveandsilent.com
About Futured Episode 1, 2 & 3 Massive soundsets
“Massive is an amazing, “futured” synth, just because it doesn’t sound like all those standard VSTs. CFA-Sound demonstrates once more amazing creativity, the intention to create some new, never-heard sounds. Crazy basses and stabs, powerful pads, gooseflesh screamers – that guy thought of everything. I especially love FE2 which reveals the soft side of Massive. Although the sound is still… massive…”
Free from bound to any style, combining various genres in music, relaxing or moving with groovy beats – this is Alive&Silent. Lovely synth sounds and real guitars are rocking alongside, spreading into diverse directions of electronic dance music. Expect rocky basses, fat drums, dreamy and wonderful melodies – or monotonous floorfillers. Emotion’s on!
